Why it is worth doing

Fill in what pilots cannot see

We never guess what a handler offers. Until you tell us, every service on your listing reads Not listed — which today is most of them, for most handlers on the platform. Claiming is what turns those into confirmed facts.

Move up the list at your airport

Position cannot be bought here. Handlers are ordered by how complete their profile is, then by pilot rating. Claiming and filling in your details is the only lever there is — here is exactly how it is scored.

Get your own page

A listing needs 7 of 16 completeness points to earn its own page rather than a row on its airport page. That page is what carries your services, hours and reviews, and what a search engine can index.

Answer quote requests

Pilots send one trip to every handler at an airport and compare the replies. Claimed listings price the request directly. Unclaimed ones only get told that business was available.

Reply to reviews

Reviews come from verified pilots and we do not remove one for being unflattering. What claiming gives you is the right of reply, and a route to us when one is actually wrong.

Keep your details right

Much of what is on an unclaimed listing was imported rather than supplied by you. Hours, phone number, website and current fuel price are yours to correct once it is claimed.

How claiming works

  1. Find your listing. Search by airport or company name. Almost every FBO is already on file, so you are claiming an existing listing rather than creating one.
  2. Create your account, or sign in if you already have one. Use an email address at the business — ideally the one already published for the FBO.
  3. Confirm your email. We send a one-time link, valid for 24 hours. Nothing is granted until you click it — being able to read a listing is not proof you work there.
  4. Get access. If your address matches the one we already hold for that FBO, access is immediate. If it does not, the claim goes to our team to check by hand, which is usually same or next working day.

What you will need

  • An email address at the business. A generic webmail address will still work, it just means the claim is reviewed by a person rather than approved automatically.
  • Your name and the name of the FBO.
  • Nothing else. There is no payment step, and there is no paid tier that changes your position in any list.

If someone has already claimed it

Only one account holds a listing at a time. If yours has been claimed by someone who has left the business, or by someone who should not have it, start the claim anyway and say so — it goes to a person, not a rule.
