Pilots search this directory by airport, then compare who is on the field. Right now most of what your listing says is Not listed, because nobody has told us otherwise. Claiming is free and fixes that.
How you appear here
There are three states a listing can be in, and only one of them requires anything of you.

Position is earned, never sold
We do not sell placement. There is no sponsored slot and no paid tier that moves a handler up a list, and if that ever changes it will be labelled on the page and explained on how ranking works before it ships.
That is not modesty about revenue. A directory whose order can be bought is one a pilot has no reason to trust and a search engine has no reason to rank — and those turn out to be the same problem. It also means the only way up is the thing that makes the directory genuinely useful: telling us what you offer, and being good enough that crews say so.
What pilots see today
Every service on an unclaimed listing reads one of three ways, and none of them is a “no”:
- Confirmed the handler told us
- Typical standard at any FBO, not yet confirmed here
- Not listed we do not know — we never guess a no
We will not state that you do not offer something just because nobody has told us you do. But “Not listed” is not doing you any favours either — a pilot comparing three handlers reads it as a gap. Twenty minutes fixes it.
Reviews
Reviews come from verified flight crew. We will not remove one for being unflattering. What claiming gives you is the right of reply, and a route to us when a review is actually false or breaks the rules.
