Parking and Access for Passengers is in the Carpark behind the Av8 Restaurant. Fire Cover: Please note that we can provide FIRE CAT 3 as a maximum at this time under commercial air transport however, we can accept your flight under PRIVATE OPERATIONS.  Border Force / GAR: If your flight requires a General Aviation Report (GAR), please ensure it is submitted in accordance with UK Border Force requirements within the applicable notification period. If you are unsure whether a GAR is required, please let us know and we will be happy to advise. GAR’s can be filed at Create GAR | Start (submit-general-aviation-report.service.gov.uk) If passengers are travelling with firearms, ensure all relevant information has been passed to Border Force, and the airport authority is advised to ensure local enforcement officers are present for the flight arrival. NOTES: All charter; business and airliner flights are approved and issued a slot to utilise the RNP Approach. Please ensure the crew read the RNP pilot brief as this approach is flown in Class G airspace and pilots need to actively manage their arrival to the IAP. All IFR airways departures are to expect to join controlled airspace at CONKO, please include this on your flight plan, an alternate may cause delays. Crew transport and accommodation can be arranged on request.
