Quote Me
One trip. Every handler at the airport. Replies you can compare.
Getting a handling quote today means phoning or emailing each FBO separately, describing the same trip several times, then comparing answers that arrive in different shapes. Quote Me collapses that into one request.
You were looking at Presidente Carlos Ibañez Del Campo – Punta Arenas SCCI — request a quote there from the app.
Quote Me runs in the WhatFBO app today, not on this site. The web version is being built. Until it lands, requesting a quote means opening the app — the directory here is free to browse without one.
How it works
- Describe the trip once. Aircraft, dates, times, passengers, and which services you need — handling and parking, fuel, ground transport, catering, customs, slots.
- It goes to every handler at that airport. You can deselect any you do not want it to reach. Handlers who have claimed their listing price it directly.
- Compare the replies side by side. Same format, same services, so you are comparing prices rather than deciphering three different emails.
- Accept one. The handler you pick is told; the others are not shown what anyone else quoted.
What handlers see, and what they do not
A quote is confidential between the handler that gave it and the pilot who asked. No FBO ever sees another's prices, in any form. They see the trip and what you asked for, which is what they need to price it.
What to have ready
The more of this you include, the more likely you get a firm price first time rather than a round of questions:
- Aircraft type and registration
- Arrival and departure, local times
- Passenger and crew numbers
- Which services you actually need
- Anything unusual — a vehicle airside, dietary requirements, an early departure
Each service page lists what handlers say is most often missing from an enquiry.
If nobody at your airport has claimed their listing
The request still goes out. Handlers who have not claimed are told there is business waiting and can claim to answer it — which is usually how a listing gets filled in properly for the first time. You will see honestly which handlers are which before you send.
Browse first, quote from the app.
The directory needs no account. Quote Me is in the app while the web version is built.
