Catering for crew and passengers, either arranged in from a specialist supplier or, at a small number of locations, prepared on site. The two are very different things and worth asking about explicitly.

What to specify when you ask

Handlers consistently say enquiries arrive missing the same details. Include these and you will usually get a firm price first time rather than a round of questions.

  • Number of covers, and crew versus passenger
  • Dietary requirements and allergies
  • Whether you need it prepared on site or brought in
  • Delivery time relative to departure
  • Any china, glassware or presentation requirements
