  1. RESTRICTIONS FOR USE OF THE AERODROME
  1.1 Modalities for use of runways (applicable to all types of aircraft)
  RUNWAY 03
  From 2115 to 0500 (WIN) or 2015 to 0400 (SUM) except for air traffic control necessities, runway 03 in only to be used by aircraft weighing 5,7 tons maximum.
  VFR traffic : if aircraft turn left after take off, they must do so either at the end of the runway, or between Gonesse and Goussainville so as to avoid over flight these built up areas.
  RUNWAY 07
  From 2115 to 0500 (WIN) or 2015 to 0400 (SUM), jet engined aircraft authorized to take off (see paragraph 1.2) will if possible use runway 07
  RUNWAY 21
  This runway may only be used on an exceptional basis. Except following SID or under radar vectoring, pilot must turn as soon as possible after take off, and no later than 3 km (1,5 NM) from the airport so as to avoid overflight Paris (Area P 23).
  
  1.2 Take-offs and landings hours
  1.2.1 No propeller powered ACFT whose certified take off weight is greater than 9 metric tons which is not in compliance with the standards laid down in annexe 16 of the convention relative to civil aviation of the 7th December 1944, volume 1, 2nd part, chapter 3, 4 or 14, may at Paris-Le- Bourget
  - leave parking point for take off between 2315 and 0600 local time ;
  - land between 2330 and 0615 local time
  1.2.2 No jet engined aircraft may leave parking point for take off from 2215 to 0600, local time of departure from parking point.
  1.2.3 No jet engine ACFT which is not in compliance with standard laid down in annexe 16 of the international civil aviation convention, volume 1, 2nd part, chapter 3, 4 or 14, may land at Paris-Le-Bourget from 2330 to 0615, local time
  1.2.4 Dispositions found in 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 do not restrict landings and take offs on an exceptional basis for the following ACFT :
  - scheduled ACFT to Paris-Le-Bourget aerodrome outside the stated times in articles 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3, and which have been delayed for purely technical reasons outside the companies control ;
  - ACFT substituted at the last moment, for purely technical reasons, for ACFT not mentioned in 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 ;
  - sanitary flights
  - emergency flights for safety reasons
  - aircraft mentioned in the article L.6100-1 of transport code
  - government flights
  1.2.5 Derogations as per rules defined in 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 can be granted on an exceptional basis by the minister in charge of civil aviation.
