    2.3 Night restrictions
    From 2230 to 0530 (2130-0430) UTC noise abatement scenario is in force as follows:
    From 2230 to 2300 (2130-2200) UTC according to daily scheme must be alternatively used:
    - RWY 35L for landing
    - RWY 17R for take off
    or
    - RWY 35R for landing
    - RWY 17L for take off
    If RWY 17R or 17L is not available for:
    - safety/security reasons
    - meteorological reasons
    - any delay at the holding point
    RWY 35L or 35R will be used for take-off.
    A +/- 15 minutes tolerance is allowed in runway change to allow ground operations management by TWR


    From 2300 to 0530 (2200-0430) UTC must be used:
    - RWY 35L for landing
    - RWY 17R for take-off
    If RWY 17R is not available for:
    - safety/security reasons
    - meteorological conditions
    RWY 35L will be used for departures.
    When RWY 35L/17R is closed RWY 17L will be used for takeoff and RWY 35R for landing.
