The directory is open. An account adds to it.
Everything on WhatFBO — every airport, every handler, every service and review — is readable without an account, and always will be. Signing in adds the things that only make sense when we know who is asking.

What an account gives you now
- Ask about any airport or FBO. The assistant answers from what we hold on file — services, hours, fuel, runways, weather, NOTAMs and published documents — rather than from a search engine. It is on every airport and listing page once you are signed in.
- One account across the app and the site. The same sign-in works in the WhatFBO app, so a thread you start here is the same thread there.
What is coming
Listed because they are decided, not because they are finished. Nothing here works yet.
- Leave a review of a handler you have actually used, on the web rather than only in the app.
- Send a quote request and compare what every FBO at an airport comes back with, without installing anything. They see your trip in full — operator, registration, aircraft, times — because that is what lets them price it accurately rather than guess.
- Keep your trips so a request you send once does not have to be retyped.

What an account gives you now
- Claim your listing. Much of what is on an unclaimed listing was imported rather than supplied by you. Claiming is free and puts you in control of it.
- Confirm what you actually offer. Until you do, the page can only say we do not know — and that is what a pilot reads. Confirmed services also move you up the list, which is the only thing that does.
- Answer quote requests. A pilot sends one trip to every handler at the airport. Claimed listings price it directly; the rest are only told the business existed.
- Publish fuel prices, hours and documents so they appear on your page instead of a gap.

- Reply to reviews from the web as well as the admin.
- See what pilots searched for at your airport and did not find.

FBO accounts are separate from pilot accounts and sign in at admin.whatfbo.com.
What an account does not do
- It does not put anything behind a wall that is readable today. The directory stays open.
- It does not change where a handler appears in a list. Position cannot be bought, and an account is not a way round that.
- It does not put your prices in front of a competitor. A quote is confidential between the FBO that gave it and the pilot who asked for it — no FBO ever sees another FBO's prices, in any form.
